Our Team

Katerina Patsalidou is a skilled lawyer with a solid background in commercial and corporate law.

She holds a law degree from the Law School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and a Master of Laws (LL.M) in International Commercial Law from Queen Mary University of London.

Katerina began her legal career in 2015 when she joined Markides, Markides & Co LLC as a trainee lawyer.

In 2016, she was admitted to the Cyprus Bar as a qualified lawyer, having passed the Bar examination with “Excellence.”

Katerina specializes in advising both domestic and international clients on a wide range of commercial and corporate matters, including restructuring, reorganization, redomiciliation, and compliance issues.

Her expertise extends to handling cases before First Instance and Appelate Courts, with a particular focus on domestic and cross-border commercial disputes. She has considerable experience in managing interlocutory injunctions.

From 2017 to 2020, Katerina was part of a team of lawyers who successfully handled a high-profile criminal case involving one of Cyprus’ leading banking institutions.

Currently, she holds an administrative leadership role within the firm, where she oversees legal operations, coordinates case management, and supports the firm’s strategic direction.

She is fluent in Greek and English.
